The space was currently empty except for this vast flower forest. Yun Zheng naturally wouldn’t waste time; she needed to extract a large quantity of these flowers and herbs for emergency use. And she always liked to plan ahead.

There were different methods for extracting flowers and herbs, each with different properties and uses. Some were used to make dried tea, some to extract essential oils, some for medicinal purposes, and so on.

Yun Zheng’s laboratory had an incense-making table with different compartments specifically for storing the refined products, which was very convenient.

Of course, she didn’t forget that she had to help Qin Lang regulate his body. She quickly found three herbs: Divine Herb, Geranium, and Angel Rose. She extracted them according to their individual properties and effects, and finally combined them to make tea. She made about ten catties, enough for two months. After finishing, it was already dawn. Exhausted, Yun Zheng drank some spring water and felt fully revitalized. Before breakfast, she wrapped up the tea and gave it to Qin Lang.

“Fourth Brother, I picked these for you at the foot of the mountain. Drinking this tea every day will make you feel better and better.”

“It smells so good!” A hint of surprise appeared on Qin Lang’s pale, handsome face, his voice as gentle as a breeze. “Fifth Sister, how come I didn’t know there were such fragrant teas at the foot of the mountain?”

Yun Zheng replied without batting an eye, “I made this based on a prescription for regulating the body from a medical book, extracting different herbs.”

“Fifth Sister, you can extract herbs? That’s amazing!” Qin Lang immediately brewed a cup of tea, and the aroma instantly filled the room.

Even Qin Shuanglu, who had initially looked disdainful, couldn’t help but brighten her eyes, licking her lips. “It smells so good, what does it taste like?”

“It’s sweet.” Qin Lang took a sip and immediately felt an indescribable comfort, as if the heaviness in his chest had dissipated.

“Sweet? Isn’t that just like sugar water?” Qin Shuanglu’s mouth watered, and she reached for the tea bag in Qin Lang’s hand.

“Son, let me brew a cup and try it too.”

You know, sugar is so precious these days, and it’s been so long since she’s tasted anything sweet!

Qin Baishi slapped her hand away. “That’s what Nannan prepared tto treat Lang Ge’er’s health. How dare you ask for it? It’s so delicious, why don’t you go eat shit?”

Qin Shuanglu said indignantly, “Anyway, it’s just made from cheap wild herbs. Let Yun Zheng make more, and our family can drink it like sweet soup. What’s wrong with that?”

Yun Zheng was speechless. “Third Aunt, this isn’t sweet soup. It contains medicine and is specially formulated according to Fourth Brother’s constitution. It’s not suitable for others.”

Qin Shuanglu said with a smile, “Oh, is that so? Then can you make one suitable for the entire family?”

Qin Baishi slapped her on the head again.

“You wish! Nannan is the pampered daughter of the family. You dare to order her around? If you want to eat, go earn your own food!”

“Mom, why are you hitting me?” Qin Shuanglu was both angry and aggrieved. “I’m not just thinking of myself. If there’s something delicious, what’s wrong with making it for the family?”

Qin Baishi was about to scold her again when Yun Zheng patted the old lady’s trembling back and spoke gently, “Grandma, there’s a fragrant tea on my prescription that’s suitable for the family. I’ll make it and we can all drink it together sometime. Drinking it every day will make our family very healthy!”

Qin Baishi looked at her with affection.

“Nannan, is it tiring to make this? You don’t need to worry so much. The family doesn’t crave this. We’re all in good health.”

Yun Zheng hugged Qin Baishi’s arm and acted coquettishly.

“It’s not tiring. I’ve always been interested in researching this kind of thing. Grandma, please let me make it. I want you all to be healthier and live longer!”

Everyone likes nice words, and the Qin family members all laughed at her coaxing, feeling that Yun Zheng was truly heartwarming.

“Look how sensible our Nannan is becoming. You should all learn from her, you know?”

Qin Baishi was mainly speaking to Qin Shuanglu.

Qin Shuanglu looked resentful. That troublemaker Qin Yunzheng— why didn’t she say so sooner? Was she deliberately trying to get her beaten?

It seems she’s been framed for being the good guy!
