Five Treasure was missing.

This wasn’t the first time this had happened between the two of them.

But never before, the distance had been so great that they couldn’t even exchange a word.

Si Huang’s expression didn’t change much, but Yu Xi had been by her side for quite some time, and from her face and her recent actions, he knew what had happened.

“Did it sneak out to play?” Yu Xi tentatively comforted her.

If an ordinary hamster ran away, it would probably really be gone, but Five Treasure was quite clever; Yu Xi knew he had the ability to run back on his own.

Si Huang felt things weren’t that simple, but there was no use in worrying now. She nodded to Yu Xi and calmly continued eating lunch.

Yu Xi could tell that her mind wasn’t as calm as it seemed, otherwise she wouldn’t have eaten lunch faster than usual.

Lei Qie was missing, and Xiao Jin was clearly unsettled, so the afternoon filming couldn’t continue, and everyone was given the day off.

After saying goodbye to the crew, Si Huang returned to her hotel. She searched the hotel for a while but found no message from Five Treasure.

She then made her way back to the film set, hoping to find some clues, and happened to run into Xiao Jin and his team, who were also searching for clues.

Xiao Jin hesitated upon seeing her, but Si Huang smiled and said, “My Five Treasure is lost.”

Everyone knew about Five Treasure, and Xiao Jin, both amused and exasperated, sighed, “How did they all get lost?”

Si Huang looked helpless.

Xiao Jin, seeing nothing amiss, felt his momentary suspicion was unnecessary and reassured her, “It’s just a hamster; even if someone sees it, they won’t do anything to it.”

“Yeah.” Si Huang knew that Five Treasure usually acted silly in front of her, but it was still clever, and given its unusual constitution compared to normal hamsters, killing it wouldn’t be easy.

However, a day passed, and Si Huang couldn’t find Five Treasure, nor could Xiao Jin find Lei Qie. The inability to find them and the halt in filming gradually made the rest of the crew uneasy.

“Could this drama be canceled?”

“No way! We’ve been filming for so long and have spent so much money, how can it just be canceled like that!”

“I heard this drama was tailor-made for Lei Qie. Now that Lei Qie is gone, what chance do we have? Maybe he’s not short of money at all, otherwise, how could he be so capricious?”

Finn noticed the strange atmosphere on set and explained it to Xiao Jin.

Xiao Jin understood, but without Lei Qie, the drama just couldn’t be filmed!

“Tell them this drama won’t be canceled!” Xiao Jin frowned and instructed Finn, “Just treat it as a vacation! And have everyone help look for him.”

Finn: “Okay.”

As soon as Xiao Jin’s words spread, some people felt relieved while others became even more uneasy. However, everyone understood that without the male lead, “The Fang of Time” indeed couldn’t be filmed.

In the hotel, Yu Xi watched as Si Huang packed Soul01 parts into a small bag, his eyelids twitching involuntarily. “Si Huang? What are you going to do?”

Si Huang tied the bag around her waist and looked up, saying, “I’m going out for a bit. It might take a while. If Xiao Jin asks, just tell him I went to find Five Treasure.”

“…” Yu Xi’s eyes widened, not expecting Si Huang to be so capricious. “What if Lei Qie comes back, but you’re still not back?”

He didn’t think Xiao Jin would treat Si Huang the same way he treated Lei Qie. Lei Qie clearly had connections with Xiao Jin and the others, so even if he acted capriciously, he wouldn’t lose face. But Si Huang might be different, and it could even leave a bad impression on the industry.

“He won’t come back so easily.” Si Huang frowned slightly, then said calmly, “If that really happens, just tell Xiao Jin directly.”

If Lei Qie had simply disappeared, Xiao Jin wouldn’t be so worried.

She disapproved of people who were irresponsible at work, but compared to Five Treasure’s safety, Si Huang knew what to choose without hesitation.

This was the first time Five Treasure had been so far away from her, and she wouldn’t feel at ease if she didn’t do something.

“…I understand.” Knowing that once Si Huang made a decision, he couldn’t dissuade her, “Find Five Treasure and bring him back as soon as possible.”

He could only hope that Si Huang would find him before Xiao Jin finds Lei Qie.

Si Huang smiled and said, “Don’t worry.”

Compared to Xiao Jin’s clueless search, even if Si Huang couldn’t contact Five Treasure, she could sense its direction.

It was precisely because she could sense it that she was determined to find Five Treasure— the location she sensed was in the direction of the Mediterranean Sea. If the little guy had been taken on a ship or something, it wouldn’t be easy for it to come back on its own.

Si Huang put on her hat and went out.

Yu Xi watched her leave, feeling a little uneasy.

He felt that this matter wasn’t so simple. Why did they both choose to disappear at this time?

As soon as Si Huang left the hotel, she took a taxi and drove towards the Mediterranean port based on her senses.

“Young man, want to enjoy the beautiful night view of the sea? Want to experience the romance and passion of the sea?” A brown-haired man approached Si Huang, waving the tickets in his hand. “The last three tickets, only two hundred for you.”

Si Huang looked around the harbor. She clearly felt she was getting closer to Five Treasure, so why wasn’t she getting a response from Five Treasure?

“Five Treasure?” Si Huang tried to call out to Five Treasure in her mind.

“Hey, young man! Don’t be in such a hurry to leave. You don’t look like a poor person. I’ll give you a ten-dollar discount!” The brown-haired man pestered Si Huang.

Si Huang took a few steps, then suddenly stopped and asked him, “Which ship are you talking about?”

“Hahaha, are you interested? It’s this one!” The brown-haired man pointed to a cargo ship that looked quite decent.

That’s right, no matter how good its appearance was, it couldn’t hide the fact that it was a cargo ship.

The brown-haired man probably knew the ship’s true nature wasn’t particularly appealing, so he lowered his voice and whispered in Si Huang’s ear, “Don’t underestimate it. I’ll let you in on a secret: this cargo ship is supplying the Dream, which is already at sea! Do you know the Dream? It’s a luxury cruise ship that only the elite can board! Don’t you want to see it?”

Si Huang’s voice held a hint of surprise and hesitation. “Really?”

Seeing her interest, the man became even more excited. “Of course it’s true! Would I lie about this? You’ll find out in a few days after you board! Do you want it or not? If not, I’m leaving. The ship is about to depart.”

“Yes! Yes!” Si Huang made up her mind and pulled out her M-gold from her pocket.

The brown-haired man handed her the ticket, whistled, and said, “Have a wonderful sea voyage. I think it will be very exciting.”

“I think it will,” Si Huang smiled and walked towards the ship.

Not long after she left, three foreign men of different appearances approached the brown-haired man who had just sold tickets.

“Why did you give the ticket to an oriental monkey?” one of them asked.

The brown-haired man chuckled, “Didn’t you see? Don’t let his small size fool you, his skin is incredibly white, whiter than a woman’s, especially his face. Even if half of it were covered, he’d still be a beauty! These days, many big shots have a taste for that!”

“Really? You’d better be careful. I saw this guy come all alone; could there be any problems?” The one who spoke was bald.

“Tsk tsk, what problems could there be? Just a little kid, looks like he’s not even an adult yet, otherwise, would he be so easily fooled?”

Their conversation went unnoticed in the noisy harbor. Si Huang had already boarded the cargo ship. Despite being a cargo ship, the upper two decks were specially decorated, making movement quite convenient; it was actually quite nice.

Si Huang first paid for a room on the ship, then wandered around by instinct, only to be stopped when she reached the cargo hold.

“You can’t go in here! Get out of here!” the burly man guarding the cabin shouted impatiently.

Si Huang retorted, “I’m a guest.”

“Guests should stay where guests should stay!”

“I paid, I can go anywhere!” she retorted like a spoiled boy.

“Heh!” The burly man at the gate grabbed Si Huang by the back of her collar, lifting her a few steps like a chicken. “I’ll say it again, this isn’t a place for guests. If you say another word, I’ll throw you into the sea!”

“You’ve gone too far!” Si Huang, startled, lowered her head even further. After being put down by the man, she staggered back a few steps, then turned and ran.

The two burly men at the gate laughed behind her.

They couldn’t see that Si Huang, with her back to them, showed no fear, her gaze deep as she pondered her next move.

The key was that Five Treasure was inside. They were so close, they could clearly sense each other, so why wasn’t he responding?

Si Huang spent the entire day on the ship, mostly in her room. The rooms, though called “rooms,” were actually quite small, just the kind of crew cabins with minimal renovations. At first, it felt novel, but for those not used to sailing, it became uncomfortable and unbearable after a while, feeling too oppressive and monotonous.

The next evening, Si Huang finally came out to admire the so-called night view of the sea, still wearing a hat and mask, yet still conspicuous in the crowd.

“Hey! Kid, we meet again!”

Si Huang heard a familiar voice and turned to see the brown-haired man who had sold her tickets.

“Hi,” Si Huang replied listlessly.

“What’s wrong? You seem bored. Don’t you think the deep sea is beautiful at night?” The brown-haired man walked up to her, extending his hand with a warm smile. “By the way, my name is Bauer.”

“K.” Si Huang shook his hand in return, then complained, “I thought it would be more interesting… I guess I was overthinking it.”

“Don’t think like that. There are indeed many interesting things on this ship, you just don’t know them.” Bauer feigned mystery, waiting for the naive Asian boy to take the bait.

“What’s so interesting?” Si Huang’s eyes widened, filled with curiosity.

It was the first time Bauer had looked directly into those eyes. He was momentarily stunned, then realized his judgment was correct— this child was incredibly beautiful! Even without seeing his whole face, he knew he was a beauty! He felt it would be a shame to just give her away like this; it would be such a waste.

Since he was a boy, he could play with him for a while. If he didn’t leave any traces, those important figures wouldn’t notice anything, right?

“Come over here, I’ll tell you a secret,” Bauer said mysteriously, continuing to dangle the little lamb in his arms.

Si Huang obediently followed, and as fewer people surrounded her, her bright eyes slowly darkened.
