Sheng Ziyou was very beautiful, extremely beautiful, that was universally acknowledged and beyond doubt.

However, she rarely wore heavy makeup. Most of the time, she either wore light makeup or no makeup at all, and tied her hair in a high ponytail, which was simple yet radiant.

Today’s Sheng Ziyou was a far cry from what it used to be, truly amazing.

Perhaps because it was winter, Sheng Ziyou always wore long pants, and more often than not, loose-fitting sweatpants.

But today, she was wearing black shorts that reached just to her thighs, revealing her slender, long, and dazzlingly white legs.

A pair of black ankle boots, with only a slight heel, clearly designed for easy dancing.

Her upper body was similar to what she wore during the rehearsal: a red long-sleeved sweater with feathers that were fluffy and short, but rippled slightly when she moved.

But clearly, this one looked better than the one worn during the rehearsal.

The sweater was tucked into the shorts, creating a clean and neat look that was undeniably attractive.

Needless to say, her hairstyle and makeup were also quite striking. Her hair was down, and although it wasn’t exactly black, it looked quite dark at night.

Her long hair reached her waist, with the right side hanging loosely, while the left side was tucked behind her ear with several red feathers. The feathers were just above her ears, and paired with her fair earlobes and dangling tassel earrings, she looked stunning.

Not to mention her stunningly beautiful face.

Her makeup today was amazing, with slightly upturned eyebrows and corners of her eyes, bright red lips, and a red beauty mark at the corner of her eye. When she moved, it made people’s hearts race, yet they couldn’t bear to look away.

Her eyes were absolutely captivating, as if they could draw you in.

As she teased Wen Shanshan, she walked over with a smile, and everyone fell silent, staring at her in disbelief.

The general public’s appreciation of beauty was consistent, and Sheng Ziyou undoubtedly represented the pinnacle of public recognition of beauty.

Wen Shanshan was stunned, followed by feelings of anger and jealousy.

But when she noticed Zheng Jiaoqian standing there blankly, she was immediately satisfied.

She was a singer and dancer who made a living through her talent, while Zheng Jiaoqian relied on her looks. Her fans constantly compared her to Sheng Ziyou, saying one was stunning and the other was elegant and refined, but they were equally beautiful.

Anyone who said they’re evenly matched must be blind!

With an even more shameful and annoyed Zheng Jiaoqian standing next to her, Wen Shanshan actually found it acceptable!

When someone is used to being hurt, having a companion makes them feel much more content.

Even when Sheng Ziyou arrived at Gu Yuzheng’s group, the trainees were still in a daze. The performance on stage had already begun, with the two male mentors and guides hosting from the front, while they waited backstage.

Once it was quiet backstage, you could hear everything being said in front.

Jiao Xiu was the first to speak. He smiled and said, “Teacher Sheng…you look so beautiful today…”

If he could pretend nothing happened, how could Sheng Ziyou be less cultured than him?

She smiled and nodded, treating Jiao Xiu no differently than she treated everyone else.

Ji Ran knew in his heart that he should give up, but seeing Jiao Xiu and Sheng Ziyou talking still made him feel inexplicably uncomfortable.

This Jiao Xiu… has been eyeing Sheng Ziyou all along!

Thinking of this, Ji Ran took a small step forward and said with a light smile to Sheng Ziyou, “Teacher Sheng, after we go on stage later…”

Naturally, he shifted the topic to the arrangements for his group after they went on stage.

Gu Yuzheng chimed in, and the seven students, including Sheng Ziyou, began to discuss the matter.

Zheng Jiaoqian and Wen Shanshan naturally fell silent. Wen Shanshan still had the patience to give the students a few words of advice, but Zheng Jiaoqian was quite unhappy.

Sheng Ziyou dressed up specially today. If everyone goes on stage together, how will she be compared to her?

Just thinking about those “outshining” entertainment reports made her extremely unhappy.

This unpleasant feeling made her somewhat impulsive, and she couldn’t help but whisper to Jiao Xiu, “You certainly know how to talk.”

This sentence was full of irony, mocking his attempt to curry favor with Sheng Ziyou.

Jiao Xiu replied with a smile, his expression unchanged, “I’m just praising her on behalf of everyone.”

The microphones weren’t on yet, so he turned his head and lowered his voice, saying, “I prefer Teacher Zheng like this.”

Zheng Jiaoqian couldn’t help but smirk and roll her eyes at him: “You really know how to talk.”

Jiao Xiu smiled but didn’t reply, a hint of disdain flashing in his eyes.

The noise from backstage has subsided, and they could clearly hear the sounds from the front.

The trainees waited nervously, but couldn’t help but glance at Sheng Ziyou.

Earlier, Qu Feng chatted with the two teachers and the audience for a while. Since they were both hosts tonight, there was no judges’ seat arranged.

“Now, let’s look forward to the trainees’ performance!” Ran Youqing said loudly.

Qu Feng blinked and smiled, “Let’s welcome the first group— Guan Yike, Lu He, Long Mu, Tang Yanhao, Wu Ming, and Min Xuling!”

As they spoke, the three of them stepped aside to make room for the screen that could be turned on behind them.

“Ah—” Their fans screamed loudly below, extremely excited.

The first group quickly walked to the entrance area, while the remaining two groups became even more nervous.

Sheng Ziyou and her group was the last to appear. This ranking was drawn by the three female guests. There were only three groups, and it was quite good that they were the last to appear.

The whole group was very satisfied with the result, but the first group was much more nervous.

When Guan Yike’s group took the stage, the screams from the fans in front reached their peak.

In the prime front row of the audience, a man sat there, looking out of place.

The surrounding area was filled with fans holding support signs and glow sticks, shouting themselves hoarse for their idols.

The man had nothing but a banner in his hand supporting Sheng Ziyou.

The support banner was very short, with only Sheng Ziyou’s picture and the words “Youbao” on it, along with a cute big pomelo drawing next to it. It was handed out for free by the pomelo fans at the entrance; every Sheng Ziyou fan received one.

He sat there discreetly, and the banner, without any lights, was not conspicuous.

However, this person has such a strong presence that it’s hard for anyone sitting around him to ignore him.

The boy sitting next to him was his girlfriend, who leaned over and asked, “Excuse me, who are you a fan of?”

Lu Jiangyuan thought for a moment and then replied, “Sheng Ziyou.”

“Youbao!!” The girl’s eyes lit up. “I’m a fan of Youbao too!!!”

Lu Jiangyuan nodded without saying anything.

He remembered this girl; he had a good memory. He had seen her handing out support items when he was picking them up at the entrance.

He also heard others call her “group owner”.

The girl was clearly a chatterbox, and unconcerned about Lu Jiangyuan’s cold expression, she continued, “Have you joined the group?”

“Joined.” Lu Jiangyuan nodded.

The girl’s eyes lit up even more: “Which group are you in?”

Lu Jiangyuan didn’t want to talk to such a noisy person; if this were at the company, she would already have been kicked out.

But when he thought of Sheng Ziyou, and then he thought of the Pomelos she cherished…

Lu Jiangyuan replied with the name of the fan group he had joined.

The girl’s eyes lit up the moment he finished speaking—

“I’m ‘Youbao’s Honey,’ the group admin!! What about you? What’s your username?”

“Lu You.” After Lu Jiangyuan finished speaking, the group owner nodded.

There were too many people in the group, and Lu Jiangyuan didn’t like to talk, so she obviously didn’t remember this person.

But the group owner still felt that her relationship with Lu Jiangyuan had progressed further, since they were both Pomelo (a type of online slang for pomelo) and in the same group.

She rarely saw such a charismatic man chasing after celebrities, so she became curious.

So she peeked over and said, “I wonder if Xiyou came today. I really want to ask her if she can take me to see Youbao.”

Lu Jiangyuan’s gaze finally shifted from the small support banner to the girl.

“She probably won’t agree.”

Of course, Xiyou wouldn’t agree, because she herself was Sheng Ziyou.

The group admin was somewhat disappointed, but then thought, “That makes sense, she herself probably doesn’t have an easy time seeing Youbao.”

Lu Jiangyuan turned her gaze back.

The girl’s boyfriend nudged her and gave her a look. The girl was a little confused, but she still sat up straight.

A moment later, she took out another light sign from the large bag on the ground. The small light sign lit up with the words “Youbao”.

“Here’s one more. I’ll give it to you since you’re a member of my group!”

The two words lit up, lying in the group owner’s palm.

Lu Jiangyuan thought for a moment, then reached out and picked it up.

He then glanced at the group leader again. She was fully armed, from her clothes to the big light sign she was holding, and even the shiny Sheng Ziyou avatar on her head. From head to toe, she was all about “this is a Pomelo”.

Her boyfriend was also quite a handful, wearing the same clothes and holding support items.

Lu Jiangyuan withdrew his gaze and looked at the two characters “Youbao” in his hand. The two characters “Youbao” were standing upright, and there was a clip below them so that they could be clipped anywhere.

He turned his head and saw several fans with the words “Youbao” above their heads not far away.

Lu Jiangyuan thought about it carefully, and then, for the first time in his life, he carefully clipped the clip onto the top of his head.

His hair, like him, had always been neat and orderly.

But his hair became a bit messy because of this clip.

He still had that serious look on his face, with the words “Youbao” shining brightly above his head and a support banner in his hand.

He looked no different from other fans, yet he still felt out of place.
