The female leader was closest to Bai Yue and therefore experienced the strongest pressure.

However, although her subordinates were further away, their low genetic levels meant they were still severely affected in the enclosed cabin.

Now they lacked even the strength to grip their guns, their laser guns falling to the ground. Their knees slammed heavily against the floor, trembling uncontrollably as if unable to support their hundreds of pounds of weight.

It was incredibly cold.

It felt like lying naked in a glacier, surrounded by frozen ice. Icy spikes fell on them, piercing their chests and dissolving their flesh. It was as if they were about to freeze solid from the inside out.

The interstellar kidnappers were suffering, and the other passengers were in no better shape.

Bai Yue hadn’t yet learned to control his pheromones, so his attacks were almost indiscriminate. Any alpha or beta inside was thus suffocating under the oppressive aura.

The blond-haired group was particularly incredulous. They now looked up, stiffly craning their necks.

Clearly, the suffocating pheromones were coming from ahead— the omega they had flirted with!

No, not an omega. This person wasn’t lying.

The other party was an alpha, even possessing the strength to kill them!

If someone else hadn’t appeared and beaten them up, they might already be lying on the ground, experiencing this near-death pain.

The other passengers weren’t faring any better. They didn’t even know the source of the pheromones; and before they could react, they were heavily pressed to the ground.

They had also tasted the female leader’s pheromones earlier. Although equally terrifying, compared to the current terrifying oppression, they were nothing.

Some with lower gene levels couldn’t withstand it and immediately closed their eyes and fainted. Before losing consciousness, they were even thankful for dying sooner.

In the end, not a single passenger in that cabin remained conscious.

Seeing that the female leader was unconscious and unlikely to launch another surprise attack, Bai Yue withdrew his pheromones.

He then stood up and looked into the cabin. What he saw there stunned him.

—Indiscriminately, everyone inside had collapsed. Like a whirlwind sweeping through, the chives were all cut down.

Guns were scattered on the ground. Everyone lay huddled together, as if in a freezing cold. Even those who were unconscious shivered uncontrollably.

The entire airship, including the uninvited guests who boarded later, numbered over a hundred.

But without exception, they were all knocked unconscious by pheromones.

Bai Yue had only ever managed to take down five people at a time. He had anticipated that some passengers would be affected, but he hadn’t expected to wipe them all out.

Just then, a commotion came from nearby. Bai Yue turned around and saw that there was still one person standing there.

It was the skilled young man.

The other person looked at the lifeless, usually calm faces and showed a hint of surprise.

It seemed that this person’s genetic level was not low either.

Bai Yue thought to himself and was about to go forward to talk to him and discuss how to deal with the situation.

But as soon as he got close, the other person seemed to have seen a ghost and suddenly took a step back.

His back slammed against the back wall with a thud. And an arm was raised, obscuring half of his face: “Don’t come any closer!”

The reaction was so strong that Bai Yue instinctively stopped.

Since the other person could still stand, it meant they weren’t affected by his pheromones. So why be afraid?

But to reassure him, he still raised his hands, indicating he meant no harm: “I’ve already withdrawn my pheromones.”

However, the other person remained vigilant, their icy blue eyes filled with wariness. Suddenly, their brows furrowed, and they bent down slightly.

Bai Yue sensed something was wrong: “What’s wrong with you?”

However, the boy didn’t respond. He just slightly raised his eyes, his eyes slightly red. Then he turned and walked into the cabin.

“…”

Bai Yue felt something was off but shook his head. He didn’t follow.

In any case, it had nothing to do with him.

He thus looked away, intending to check on the staff.

According to the interstellar kidnappers, those people were all tied up outside.

But as soon as he turned around, he stopped in his tracks.

Although the alphas and betas were all unconscious, the omegas were still conscious. And judging from their current state, they seemed to be lucid to a pathological degree.

All of them had flushed faces, gazing at him with pleading eyes. Among them, Lu Ke’s condition was the most serious.

Bai Yue couldn’t help but take a step back.

Admittedly, alpha pheromones could cause omegas to go into heat. But if the compatibility was too low, the situation wasn’t necessarily dangerous.

He had seen the omegas beside him not react much after the female leader released her pheromones, which gave him some confidence.

Bai Yue closed his eyes.

Honestly, one person was one thing.

But surely not every omega in this group had a high compatibility with him?

Bai Yue didn’t believe it.

Lu Ke’s legs went weak, and he stood up shakily, his hands gripping the wall: “Bai…Bai Yue…” He remembered this person’s name, “I feel a little strange right now.”

His voice was slightly nasal: “Can you bite me?”

Bai Yue: “…”

Or rather, he didn’t want to believe it.

The other omegas besides Lu Ke also stood up one after another, stretching out their hands towards them.

Everyone seemed a bit off, as if a savior had come to rescue them from their misery.

Bai Yue, though now an alpha, unfortunately, wasn’t currently more skilled in combat than an omega.

One or two might be manageable, but a dozen or so omegas charging at him… the thought of the consequences was chilling.

Seeing the staggering group approaching, he made a quick decision and went back into the cabin.

The blond boy had closed his eyes. When he opened them again, his mind was clear.

He fastened his suitcase and was about to put it back when he heard footsteps beside him.

Turning around, he saw Bai Yue running towards him and became wary.

Bai Yue smiled helplessly: “Excuse me, can you help me?”

He turned to the side, revealing the crowd behind him. “Could you help me deal with these people?”

The boy looked over. And when he saw a dozen or so omegas, their faces flushed, surging towards him like a tide, he fell silent.

A few minutes later, the boy had knocked out the last omega. He struck swiftly and cleanly, each person only taking one blow before instantly losing consciousness and suffering no further pain.

Even though it wasn’t the first time he’d seen it, Bai Yue still felt admiration.

The other person was about the same size as him, yet he was adept at using skilful techniques. It was hard to imagine someone so young possessing such skill without years of training.

The boy watched the last omega fall, then turned around: “What’s your name?”

Bai Yue hadn’t expected this seemingly unapproachable boy to ask his name.

Although their conversation hadn’t been very pleasant.

He extended his hand politely, “My name is Bai Yue.”

“Bai Yue,” the boy repeated his name. But there was no handshake and no intention of introducing himself.

His earlier lapse in composure was completely gone. He had reverted to his initial coldness.

“Your abilities are powerful,” the boy said coldly, “but they’re completely unworthy of you.”

His words were blunt, yet not entirely incomprehensible.

After all, someone else had to clean up his mess. At least in this person’s eyes, Bai Yue currently lacked the strength to bear that power.

Bai Yue lowered his hand: “Indeed.”

“This power was an unexpected surprise for me.”

“You said I’ve been spoiled since childhood, and that might be true. However, I’m at the starting point now, and I won’t stop here.”

He looked at his hand.

“Sooner or later, we’ll be a good match.”

Perhaps not expecting this answer, the boy looked slightly surprised. Just as he was about to say something, the cabin door was suddenly pushed open.

And a group of young men and women in uniforms rushed in.

At the same time, the sunshades on both sides of the airship rose up, and white sunlight shone directly through the glass windows, suddenly brightening the originally dull cabin.

Bai Yue and the boy turned to look. The last one to enter was a male alpha, with a shaved head and a broad, burly build.

A fierce scar ran across his face, from his forehead through his eye to his ear. And his hands were behind his back, exuding a powerful aura. The moment he stepped in, he easily attracted everyone’s attention.

“The joint test is over!”

His voice, like his appearance, was steady and powerful.

His deep brown eyes swept over the people lying on the ground, finally settling on the two people who were still standing.

“Next, we’ll begin the scoring.”
