He continued to let Meng Ting lean against him for a while, and when he fell asleep, he picked him up.

It was just the beginning of spring, and the temperature was a little warmer during the day, but it was still very cold at night. Meng Ting would probably catch a cold if he slept like this without a quilt, so even if Yan Sui was willing to hold him to sleep like this, he had to consider his physical condition.

Yan Sui hugged the person and frowned again inadvertently. Meng Ting was really too light, so light that he suddenly felt more scared.

He carefully carried him all the way back to Meng Ting’s room. He put him on the bed, but before he got up, Meng Ting’s eyes opened.

Yan Sui was stunned for a moment, thinking that he had made a mistake in releasing the person just now, which woke up Meng Ting. He continued to sit on the edge of the bed, then patted Meng Ting on the shoulder, “Go to sleep, I will wait for you to fall asleep before leaving.”

But when Meng Ting heard this, he not only didn’t close his eyes, he even quickly got up, and then reached out to hug Yan Sui tightly.

“What’s wrong?” Yan Sui probably understood what Meng Ting meant, but he still asked.

When Yan Sui asked, Meng Ting became more anxious. He opened his mouth, but the sound still couldn’t come out.

He buried his head on the side of Yan Sui’s neck, feeling hesitant and at a loss. His hands were slightly clenched into fists, and then he moved himself. He glanced at Yan Sui guiltily and was about to get out of his arms.

“Do you want me to stay with you?” Yan Sui asked softly, and then moved closer to Meng Ting, closing the distance that Meng Ting had finally created. Meng Ting was still in Yan Sui’s arms, but he no longer leaned against him. Instead, he looked at Yan Sui with wide eyes and disbelief.

“You nod, I’ll stay…”

Before Yan Sui finished speaking, Meng Ting nodded. He gently pressed his cheek against Yan Sui’s, and then leaned into Yan Sui’s arms.

Yan Sui’s pupils dilated slightly as Meng Ting approached, and the heartbeat in his chest became irregular again. He smiled slightly at the corner of his mouth, and then continued to pat Meng Ting’s back.

Yan Sui did not lie to Meng Ting. After he was put to sleep by others, he still stayed in Meng Ting’s room. However, he did not lie on the bed and sleep with Meng Ting. He let his hand be held by Meng Ting. When there were signs of awakening, he started coaxing people again.

It wasn’t until around six o’clock the next morning that Yan Sui came out of Meng Ting’s room. But when he came out, he met the eyes of Xiao Bo who had gotten up early. Xiao Bo was obviously startled by Yan Sui. But Yan Sui just nodded lightly and went back to his room.

Xiao Huimin and Xiao Zimo came to see Meng Ting on the third day he moved into Yan’s house.

“Nuo Nuo, I am your father.”

“I am your second brother.”

They had to repeat this every time they saw Meng Ting, because Meng Ting always looked at them with fear and repulsion, even if he could walk on his own, whenever they got too close, Meng Ting would hide by himself.

Now he was also hiding, but the hiding place had changed. He turned around and threw himself into Yan Sui’s arms, hugging him tightly and no longer looking at Xiao Huimin and Xiao Zimo.

Xiao Huimin and Xiao Zimo felt helpless and frustrated, but they also knew that there was no rush for Meng Ting to accept them.

If they knew that Meng Ting would treat the first person they saw with such a big difference, they would have stayed by Meng Ting’s bed.

“The old man and I have discussed this and we still want to take Nuo Nuo back to Beicheng. That is his home. If possible, can you accompany Meng Ting to go to Beicheng with us?” Xiao Huimin could predict that without Yan Sui accompanying them, Meng Ting would not go with them at all.

When they arrived in Beicheng together and Yan Sui escaped, it would be impossible for Meng Ting to stick to someone like this.

In Yan Sui’s state of mind, even if he had other thoughts in his mind, he would not interrupt Xiao Huimin rashly, but he clearly felt the tension in the person in his arms. He patted Meng Ting’s back gently, and then he looked at Xiao Huimin who was full of expectations.

“Meng Ting doesn’t want to, I respect his intention.”

Xiao Huimin and Xiao Zimo looked a little more surprised, and then they heard Yan Sui ask Meng Ting.

“Don’t be afraid, tell me, do you want to go with them?”

Meng Ting came out of Yan Sui’s arms and shook his head. He seemed to be afraid that Yan Sui wouldn’t understand what he meant, so he gently hooked Yan Sui’s hand, then looking into Yan Sui’s eyes, he shook his head again.

“Okay, I understand, then I won’t let you leave.”

Yan Sui ruffled Meng Ting’s hair as a reward, and then looked away at the stunned father and son of the Xiao family. In front of them, Meng Ting, other than resisting and rejection, no other meaning was expressed clearly, so that they still felt that Meng Ting couldn’t understand what they were saying.

But the fact was that Meng Ting’s intelligence may be impaired, but it was not to the point where he could not figure out his own needs, and he only had eyes for Yan Sui.

“Yan Sui, I’m really sorry that I keep letting Nuo Nuo trouble you…”

“Uncle is wrong. Meng Ting is not a trouble to me.” Yan Sui responded, but these words were not polite, but sincere.

Xiao Huimin smiled softly when he heard this. He probably saw something, but he didn’t have the slightest attitude to question it. Meng Ting still didn’t recognize them as his family, and the things in the Xiao family were too… Moreover, no matter how much he thought about it, he couldn’t allocate more energy to this matter.

“Nuo Nuo, dad and your second brother will come to see you in a few days.”

When Xiao Huimin and Xiao Zimo said goodbye, Meng Ting still faced them with the back of his head.

Yan Sui was held by Meng Ting and could not get up to see them off. So, he asked Uncle Xiao to see them to the door on his behalf.

After confirming that the Xiao father and son were gone, Meng Ting slowly breathed a sigh of relief, and then he looked up at Yan Sui. His eyes were slightly bent, and he leaned close to Yan Sui, and then he sat up straight.

As Meng Ting gradually became familiar with Yan house, he no longer hid from people when he saw them again. The only regret was that he still didn’t speak.

He lived in Yan house from the beginning of spring to the beginning of summer, and even moved to Yan Sui’s room on the fourth day of living in Yan’s house. He woke up in the middle of the night and found that Yan Sui was not sleeping with him, so he forced Yan Sui to go to bed with him. After sleeping like this once, Yan Sui no longer struggled with the issue of whether it was suitable to be bed partners, and there was no further problem.

One evening at the end of June, Yan Sui took Meng Ting for a walk. When they reached the row of maple trees in the backyard, Meng Ting gently pulled Yan Sui’s hand.

Yan Sui understood, so he stopped and looked at Meng Ting. He began to guess what Meng Ting meant, but Meng Ting only looked directly at the person. Suddenly, Yan Sui also felt a little difficult.

“What’s wrong?”

Meng Ting didn’t mean anything when he heard the words. He still looked at Yan Sui, his eyes falling from Yan Sui’s eyes to Yan Sui’s lips. He then stood on tiptoes and his lips touched Yan Sui’s. Meng Ting still didn’t understand what the kiss was on Yan Sui’s lips, but he didn’t reject the breath and temperature there.

He reached out with the tip of his tongue and licked it gently, then his heels fell back to the ground.

He looked at Yan Sui, slowly raised his smile, pursed his lips again, and then a very soft voice came out.

“Yan Sui.”

Meng Ting had called this name in his heart many, many times. The first time it was softer, but then he called it again, “Yan Sui.”

Meng Ting’s meaning was actually very clear. He could figure it out. It was not easy to come up with this kind of expression.

“Meng Ting…” Yan Sui called out, with a hoarse feeling in his voice. He felt that he would have to wait for a long time before Meng Ting spoke, before he understood this, but Meng Ting was better than he expected and much more candid and direct.

Meng Ting tilted his head slightly. He then held his breath and waited nervously for Yan Sui’s reply.

However, Yan Sui couldn’t say anything other than this low cry. He raised his hand and gently touched Meng Ting’s cheek, and then slowly slid it to Meng Ting’s chin. Then he lowered his head and kissed the man on his lips which had just been raised by him.

Meng Ting blinked, a little surprised, but did not flinch. He slowly raised his hand and hugged Yan Sui’s waist.

Yan Sui didn’t dare to kiss deeply. He couldn’t resist even such a shallow kiss.

“Meng Ting, shall we get married?”

Meng Ting thought for a moment after hearing this, then nodded, and then he took the initiative to put his lips on Yan Sui’s lips, imitating Yan Sui’s random kiss.

He then opened his lips and said, “Okay.”
